Sydney Film Festival

film-festivalit’s all about bringing experiences to the audience that they can’t get at home.

“It really is about connecting our audiences with the people who make our films”.

This year’s line up consists of something for everyone. There’s the favourite from Cannes – Looking for Eric from hyped director Ken Loach, there is the environmental protest film Big River Man about a bloke who swam the Amazon to prove a point, Rachel Ward’s awaited directorial debut Beautiful Kate, Steve Jacob’s film Disgrace based on the J.M Coetzee novel and Khoa Do’s Missing Water, based on stories of Vietnamese refugees.
