Chef-owner of the renowned Limone Dining in Griffith, Luke Piccolo is known for his deep connection to regional produce and Italian-inspired cooking rooted in family traditions. For this special collaboration, Piccolo will bring premium ingredients directly from his own Piccolo Family Farm in the Riverina, showcasing the exceptional quality and diversity of regional New South Wales produce.
