A Celebration of Sustainable Fine Dining

Hosted in the heart of Surry Hills, this immersive dining experience highlights the power of food rescue and creative collaboration. Chef Khanh Nguyen, Executive Chef of King Clarence, is known for his refined interpretation of modern Southeast Asian cuisine, blending Vietnamese heritage with native Australian ingredients and contemporary techniques.

For this special evening, Nguyen collaborates with the OzHarvest culinary team to present a thoughtfully curated four-course menu — two courses crafted by Nguyen and two developed by OzHarvest chefs — all created using up to 95% rescued fresh NSW produce.

Chef Khanh Nguyen

One of Australia’s most celebrated culinary voices, Khanh Nguyen has played a defining role in shaping the modern dining landscape across Sydney and Melbourne. His cooking reflects a deep connection to heritage, sustainability, and innovation, offering dishes that are both technically refined and emotionally resonant.

At Refettorio OzHarvest, Nguyen brings his signature style into a new context — where creativity meets purpose, and fine dining becomes a platform for social impact.
