A “paddock to plate” pioneer, Matt’s menu will showcase his passion for seasonal produce and balanced flavours.
A fourth-generation farmer, he has a deep connection to the land and is passionate about cooking that brings the best out of each ingredient.
Expect a night of fresh, thoughtful and deeply satisfying fare from one of the most respected chefs in the country.

Here, they’ll plate up their own unique take on a four-course vegetarian menu, made entirely from rescued produce. By sharing in a meal at Refettorio OzHarvest, you’ll help feed Sydney’s vulnerable communities.
