About FoodLab Sydney Series
FoodLab Sydney is a series of three unique dining events that spotlight the flavours, stories and dreams of emerging chefs from migrant and refugee backgrounds.
With curation and mentorship from industry leaders like Kylie Kwong, Junda Khoo, Christopher The and Tama Carey, each night presents a seven-course menu crafted by these emerging chefs.
Each dish served across the series reveals deeply personal narratives—from childhood food memories and cultural heritage to their aspirations for the future.
Every ticket sold supports FoodLab Sydney’s mission to help migrants, refugees and disadvantaged hospitality entrepreneurs realise their culinary dreams.
