Let the otherworldly setting of the Botanic Gardens of Sydney after dark envelop you at Dream Mist, where scent, story and flavour intertwine for an intimate dining experience.
Set in the mist-draped Botanic House, this evening features a three-course Vietnamese-inspired menu by renowned chef Luke Nguyen, blending bold flavours with personal storytelling.
Guests will be invited to write their dreams on red ribbons and tie them onto an interactive wishing tree, adding their hopes to the night’s unfolding dream.
To take home a piece of the experience, each guest will receive a Dream Mist botanical perfume—the fleeting magic of the night captured in a bottle.
