More Than 100 Wines to Discover
Curated by renowned wine writer and presenter Mike Bennie, alongside P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants, The Wine Bar’s Food & Beverage Director Alex Kirkwood and award-winning sommelier Jacquiline Turner, the event showcases more than 30 winemakers and importers representing some of NSW’s most exciting wine regions.
Guests will have the chance to sample over 100 wines, ranging from cult favourites and limited-release bottlings to emerging labels and celebrated producers. Whether you prefer crisp whites, elegant rosés, bold reds, sparkling wines or experimental natural wines, there will be something to suit every palate.
Meet the Makers
One of the highlights of Cult & Classic is the opportunity to engage directly with the people behind the wines. Visitors can meet winemakers, hear the stories behind their vineyards and discover the passion, innovation and craftsmanship shaping the future of Australian wine.
The event offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where seasoned collectors and first-time wine explorers can learn, taste and connect with industry experts.
Exceptional Food Collaborations
No great wine event would be complete without outstanding food, and Cult & Classic delivers with a special culinary collaboration between two highly regarded hospitality teams.
For one day only, Hey Rosey from Orange—awarded a Chef’s Hat in the 2026 Good Food Guide—joins forces with The Wine Bar’s Head Chef Gabriel Del Conti to create an exclusive menu of snacks and dishes designed specifically for the festival.
Expect creative seasonal flavours, premium local ingredients and perfectly paired bites crafted to complement the diverse wine selection available throughout the day.
Festival Atmosphere in the Heart of Sydney
More than a tasting event, Cult & Classic embraces the energy of a modern food and wine festival. Guests can enjoy live music, immersive lighting installations and a vibrant social atmosphere that transforms Martin Place into a celebration of contemporary wine culture.
The event highlights the creativity, personality and diversity that make NSW one of Australia’s most exciting wine-producing regions.
Panorama Bar Afterparty
As the tasting session winds down, the celebrations continue high above the city at the exclusive Panorama Bar Afterparty.
Featuring live DJs, immersive visual installations and stunning city views, the rooftop gathering provides the perfect finale to an unforgettable afternoon of food, wine and entertainment.
