Every night of the event, Aurorae at Bennelong Bar will perform a symphony of flavors and sounds against the backdrop of the Light Walk’s brilliance.
Under the direction of Peter Gilmore, enhance your sensory experience with a bespoke bar snack and cocktail menu designed to complement Vivid’s brilliance. On Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 8-11 p.m., live music will enhance the atmosphere.
Nestled amid what The New York Times calls the “holy grail of Australian restaurants,” this exclusive event not only promises an unparalleled view of the city’s lights, but also an opportunity to experience the best of Australian hospitality.
Aurorae at Bennelong Bar will be open every night of Vivid Sydney (excluding Wednesday, May 29), with a limited-edition snack and cocktail menu curated by Executive Chef Peter Gilmore. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays include live music from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
