Events Details

This stunning piece of art celebrates Hika Rakuyo, a Japanese concept that employs flowers and falling leaves to represent the fleeting beauty of life. Admire the story of native Australian flowers blooming across the bay’s dark water, told by an eight-minute holographic light and laser show.

Hika Rakuyo serves as a reminder of the fragility and beauty of flowers, as well as their importance to our ecology. An awe-inspiring reminder of our own mortality and connection to the natural world.

Hika Rakuyo is an eight-minute extravaganza that starts at 6 p.m. and ends about 10.45 p.m.

Country represented by the installation: Japan.
