It’s time for a global street party unlike any other, hosted by Bare Necessities, a radio show and Sydney party scene fixture. Tumbalong Park will be transformed by an explosion of bright horns, African drumming, and free-flowing dance. The greatest of global sounds come together for one explosive night of nonstop dancing from 6-11pm beneath the night sky.
With a 5-piece horn section, live percussionists, and special guest appearances, Bare Necessities will take you on a world tour of street party sounds from throughout the world.
African Brothers, a drumming and dance ensemble, the 14-piece Batucada troupe, Ile Ilu, Tygua’s Colombian traditional and electronic fusion, and many others will perform.
Join us for a night of eclectic music, street party vibes, and pounding beats. This is more than simply a party; it’s an opportunity to connect.
