Valentine’s Day Dinner at Altitude — Romance Above Sydney Harbour

This Valentine’s Day, rise above the city at Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 and treat your loved one to a romantic evening overlooking Sydney Harbour. With sweeping views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the setting promises an unforgettable celebration of love.

Enjoy a bespoke four-course dining experience, thoughtfully crafted by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo, showcasing refined flavours and seasonal ingredients.

Begin with Cajun Tuna Tataki, followed by the signature Shangri-La Honey-Glazed Duck with delicate seasonal accents. For the main course, choose between the Pan-Fried Pink Snapper with champagne cream and avruga caviar or the Australian Wagyu MB8+ served with musset mushrooms and charred leek powder.

End the evening with a romantic dessert, Oh My Love — a decadent Valrhona Manjari Marquise layered with silky chocolate crémeux, raspberry rose coulis, and soft genoise.

Each couple will also receive a special keepsake gift to remember their evening.
