A woman travels back in time and witnesses her grandmother’s journey as an ambitious yet troubled young Australian finding her way in 1960s New York City.
It’s 1967 and things are happening but not for Sheila. Her smalltown business career is going nowhere and her relationships with men disastrous. A freak opportunity lands her a senior role in a NYC company. It’s what she’s dreamed of; her chance to prove it’s not just ‘a man’s world’ but things go awry as she fails to connect with senior executives and romantic prospects alike. She is carrying the baggage of an abusive past and simply can’t trust men. She must overcome this if she is to save the badly failing business and find love in The Big Apple.
