Women’s guided ride: Erskineville to Marrinawi Cove, first swim ride of the season.

Hello Spring. Celebrate the start of the warmer weather with our first women’s swim ride of the season. Join us for a leisurely ride from Erskineville Station to Marrinawi Cove, Barangaroo, where we’ll stop for a refreshing dip in the beautiful harbour waters before our return journey to Erskinville.

We’ll take relaxed, low-pressure routes through the CBD and the historic Rocks district before reaching Marrinawi Cove. On the way back, we’ll cruise through Cockle Bay Wharf, pass by the Sydney Aquarium, and explore Darling Harbour’s Water Play Park. This ride is all about enjoying the journey, connecting with other women, and learning some great routes for your future rides.

Please arrive by 10:45 am for an 11:00 am start

What you’ll need:
Your own bike and helmet (make sure your bike is roadworthy and your tyres are pumped)

Bike lock to secure your bike during the swim

Bathers and a towel for a swim at Marrinawi Cove

Water bottle and snacks (consider bringing a picnic!)

Sunscreen for sun protection

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or in an appropriate child seat or trailer

Additional info:
We highly encourage participants to complete the City of Sydney Cycling in the City course before joining this ride, especially if you’re new to riding or haven’t ridden in a while. The course will give you the skills needed for navigating Sydney’s streets confidently.

Bookings are essential. The ride will be led by professional, friendly women ride leaders from Pedal Set Go.

Kick off spring with this fun, relaxed ride—make new connections, enjoy the fresh air, and take a dip in one of Sydney’s most beautiful swim spots!
