Looking to take your running to the next level—or just getting started on your fitness journey? No matter where you’re at, The Run Club at The Rocks is here to help you move, improve, and stay motivated.

We’re excited to introduce this free weekly running and fitness session, designed for all levels—from complete beginners to experienced runners seeking that extra push. Delivered in partnership with Active Live, each session is led by experienced trainers who bring energy, expertise, and encouragement to every workout.

Expect a dynamic mix of running drills, endurance training, and functional fitness exercises, all set against the iconic backdrop of The Rocks. Whether your goal is to build stamina, boost strength, or simply stay active, The Run Club offers a supportive and inclusive environment to help you get there—at no cost.
