Dates: Mondays and Thursdays, 12pm to 12:45pm

Boxing workouts improve your cardiovascular health, strength, balance and coordination.

KGV’s boxing is a medium to high intensity class that caters to intermediate to advanced levels of fitness and abilities. Boxing gloves and inners are provided, however we do recommend bringing your own.
