Frontline Yoga offers a dedicated **free weekly yoga workshop** designed to support the wellbeing of frontline workers, including healthcare professionals, paramedics, police, emergency services personnel, military members, and veterans. Members of the general public are also warmly welcome to attend, with participation available by donation.

Held in the calm, air-conditioned auditorium of the ANZAC Memorial, the sessions provide a peaceful and supportive environment away from the pressures of daily life. The space is equipped with modern facilities, and all necessary yoga equipment is provided for your convenience—so you can simply arrive and focus on your practice.

These classes are **trauma-aware and culturally informed**, carefully designed to help participants build resilience, restore balance, and strengthen both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques, the sessions aim to support those experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress.

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, each class is guided with clear, accessible instructions to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. The workshops are led by experienced instructor Mark, who brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to every session.

Classes run **every Tuesday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm** (excluding school holiday periods) in the ANZAC Memorial auditorium, with entry via Liverpool Street.

**Bookings are essential**, so be sure to reserve your place in advance and take a well-deserved moment to rest, reset, and reconnect. 🧘‍♀️✨
