Rise and shine Sydney. Join Jazz Luna on the mat at sunrise for energising Vinyasa (flow) set to live ambient tunes. This year, Sunrise Yoga has a vibrant new home: inside the Colour Maze, which boasts knockout views of Sydney Harbour. Stretch it out and start your Festival day just right.
Class outline
Enjoy a 60-minute Vinyasa class focusing on intentional fluid movement, creating space in the body and finding balance between strong and soft qualities. Meditation and breathwork will bring a stillness to your mind. Luna will guide you through this challenging and energising practice, accompanied by the blissed-out beats of our in-house DJs.
Your teacher
Jazz Luna is a movement artist and teacher based on Gadigal land. She’s performed for the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, Meryl Tankard, Opera Australia, Kristina Chan, Narelle Benjamin, Austinmer Dance Theatre and more. Luna teaches Vinyasa yoga and contemporary dance, with classes enriched with enthusiasm, compassion and authenticity.
