Brix Distillery tours are a comprehensive sensory experience that will take you through all phases of the rum-making process with a member of the Brix Team. Ideal for those searching for unique team building activities in Sydney, bucks night ideas, hens party ideas, or a special date night in Sydney.

The Brix Distillery tour lasts roughly 90 minutes and includes a guided stroll inside the Brix rum-making facilities, where you will learn about the passion and craftsmanship that goes into producing our Cane Spirit, Australian Rum, and Spiced Rum. You’ll see how our 1800lt copper still ‘Molly’ transforms rich Australian molasses into the burnished spirit whirling in your glass.

Taste the real molasses we ferment, smell the barrel staves to understand more about the maturation process, and learn how to truly appreciate one of the world’s oldest and most diverse spirits.

The tour is followed by a Brix tasting session with your dedicated tour guide, during which you will sample three of our core range rums in the Brix Distillery Bar.

This activity takes place every Thursday and Friday night at 6 p.m.*Please wear closed-toe shoes for this encounter.

All tours include a $10 discount on any Brix bottle purchases done that day. Guests are invited to stay for lunch or dinner following their tour.
