Join us as The Sanderson prepares to celebrate the king of fungi – the truffle! As we enter the month of August, it will be the season to “Interrogate the Truffle”. Head Chef James Green has crafted a decadent six-course menu showcasing the truffle in all its glory.

“From savoury and smoky all the way through to sweet to seriously good, each course will be highlighting the truffle’s humble, earthy and elusive character,” shares James. “Each dish will be exploding with the magic of truffles that will leave you wondering…. could anything truly compare to the uniqueness of the truffle?”
