Join the Bastille Week festivities at Frenchies!

The restaurant will be serving a Cassoulet Montalbanais, which includes house-made Toulouse sausage, confit duck, pistachio saucisson, and pig belly cooked in parsley, white beans, and a thick tomato sauce, making it the perfect winter dish.

It will be matched with a glass of magnificent Cahors Malbec, which has scents of dark summer fruits, sweet spices, pastry and fresh butter, pepper and laurel, and a hint of smoke. On the palate, this wine is rich and mellow, with silky, well-structured tannins. It concludes with a lengthy and delicate aftertaste rich in sweet spices.
