The cooler season means that truffles are back on the menu at Rocker.

Special Truffle Dining Experience in Sydney

This year, the venue will provide a special truffle dining experience every Thursday evening from June 13th to July 25th.

Burrata with shaved persimmon, fresh truffle, and toasted almond, truffle risotto with truffle butter, parmesan, egg yolk, and fresh black truffle, wagyu rump-cap steak with cauliflower puree and truffled sauce, and more are among the dishes served.

Upgrades are also available, such a truffle negroni, truffled lobster roll, and truffled basque cheesecake.
