The Raclette Igloo Experience has arrived in Sydney.
The highly anticipated Raclette Igloo Experience has arrived in Sydney following successful sell-outs in other major Australian cities. The rooftop of Broadway Shopping Centre will be transformed into a French alpine wonderland, with evenings of melting cheese, mulled wine, and marshmallow roasting set against the background of Sydney’s cityscape.
Cheese lovers in Sydney may reserve a ticket for this one-of-a-kind gourmet excursion, which will include up to two kilograms of Raclette cheese, cured meats, and traditional accompaniments served family-style. Each visitor is served a glass of mulled wine to complement the heavy dinner, with additional French wines available for purchase.
Vincent Hernandez, event planner, expresses his love for Raclette, emphasizing its significance as a ritual of sharing and indulgence. Memories of gathering with loved ones around the Raclette grill have inspired the warm and joyful atmosphere reproduced in Sydney.
Two tonnes of cheese have been imported from France to offer an authentic experience, with the Raclette arriving directly from the Alps. The event allows you to reserve an igloo for a group of 6 or 8, providing an intimate atmosphere to eat this popular winter cuisine.
