Kick off your Lunar New Year celebrations at Sydney Lunar Streets, where the vibrant laneways of Haymarket come alive in a spectacular street festival. From Chinatown to Thaitown, the precinct transforms into a hub of colour, culture, and celebration as Sydney welcomes the Year of the Horse.

Soak up the festive atmosphere with lion dances, live DJs, street food, bustling markets, and a mix of traditional and contemporary performances. Don’t miss the striking Fire Horse installation rising above Dixon Street, or the magical experience of wandering beneath a glowing canopy of lanterns along Hay Street.

Your year of good fortune and prosperity begins right here, in the heart of Haymarket.
