Celebrate modern Indigenous Australian art, design, food, and culture at the annual National Indigenous Art Fair Overseas Passenger Terminal, held at Gadigal Country in The Rocks, Sydney.

This renowned yearly event, situated on Sydney Harbour’s gorgeous waterfront, highlights the most recent award-winning ideas and inventions by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, designers, and makers from throughout the country.

The National Indigenous Art Fair also brings together an outstanding group of indigenous creatives, many of whom travel from remote parts of Australia, such as Ramingining, the Tiwi Islands, and Yuendumu in Northern Territory.

There will also be a vibrant festival atmosphere with bush tucker cooking demonstrations, weaving and cultural workshops, live music, children’s activities, and Aboriginal dance performances.

Weaving Workshop: Join Aboriginal Master Weaver Regina Pilawuk Wilson for a weaving workshop. Discover the ancient art of weaving and create your own unique piece using traditional techniques.

Ochre on Paper Workshop: Injalak Artists will lead an ochre on paper workshop. Explore the use of natural pigments and create stunning artworks inspired by Indigenous traditions.

Supporting Remote Indigenous Artists
