Develop your basketball skills, gain confidence and improve your fitness.

Promote the Goat is leading training sessions which consist of on court drills and skills, fitness and women’s scrimmage games.

Free training sessions for women and girls of all levels provided weekly, with the opportunity to transition into the Wednesday night women’s basketball competition.
