A decade on Sydney will revisit its Olympic Games glory days as Sydney Harbour and the Opera House are showcased to the world when it hosts the opening round of the 2010 ITU Triathlon World Championship Series.
It will be a Sydney-town showdown as the world's best athletes compete at the Opera House. Get trackside to watch all the action from the Opera House steps and cheer on the Aussies as they begin their road towards London 2012.
Sport & Lifestyle Expo
As vital part of the event a Sport & Lifestyle Expo will feature at Customs House from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 and is open to the general public.
There will be a mass participation triathlon of individuals and teams in 2011. Their course will take them over the Harbour Bridge.
